Process:
Each bead is crafted using the ancient technique of lost wax casting. The wax model is encased in a plaster mold and left to set. Once hardened, the mold is heated, causing the wax to melt away and create a cavity for the molten bronze. The molten bronze is then poured into the mold, filling the void. After the bronze has fully solidified, the mold is removed, unveiling the raw bronze bead. Following the casting process, the bead undergoes multiple stages of hand polishing to bring out the radiance of the bronze.
